Tom Williams Porsche "Welcome to Porsche" Program Offer (WTP):

                           

As set forth below, customers currently obligated under a Competitive Lease may be eligible to receive a "Welcome to Porsche" Credit. The "Welcome to Porsche" Credit is available for the equivalent value of up to three future scheduled payments under the Competitive Lease (with a maximum credit of $1,500 per scheduled payment) and must be applied towards the lease or finance of an eligible new MY12 or MY13 Panamera models.

 

Competitive Lease means a currently effective lease on a non-Porsche vehicle that was new at lease inception.  Non-Porsche vehicles include cars, trucks (except heavy-duty), and sport utility vehicles.

 

Program Terms and Conditions

•  Customer must execute a lease or finance contract on an Eligible Vehicle with Tom Williams Porsche, on Approved Credit, on or before July 2, 2012.  Not all customers will qualify.  The credit will be applied to the new Tom Williams Porsche contract as a capital cost reduction on leases or as a down payment credit on finance contracts.

 

Customer Account Eligibility

•  Customer must have an active Competitive Lease.
• To be considered an active Competitive Lease, there must be at least one scheduled payment remaining as of the Tom Williams Porsche contract date.
•  Payoff, trade-in or return of the vehicle under the Competitive Lease is permitted but not required.

     
Customer Account Eligibility Documentation Requirements

•  Customer must provide the following documents:
  A.                      A copy of the front of the Competitive Lease agreement; and
  B.                      A copy of the current (unexpired) vehicle registration or current (unexpired) vehicle insurance card.  Registration and insurance documents must match the vehicle and customer information on the Competitive Lease.
•  A lessee/buyer on the new Tom Williams Porsche contract must be identical to a named lessee on the Competitive Lease.
•  Customer must sign the Welcome to Porsche Program Claim Form.

 

Amount of Welcome to Porsche Credit

• Up to three future scheduled payments under the Competitive Lease.
• The credit for a future scheduled payment will not exceed $1,500 per payment with a maximum credit of $4,500.
•  Future scheduled payments are monthly payments as set forth under the Competitive Lease that are scheduled to be paid after the Tom Williams Porsche Contract date without regard to the Customer's actual payment history  (including any prepayments made) on the Competitive Lease.
•  Late charges, other fees, or charges are not included in the calculation.

 

Transferability and other Parameters

•  The Welcome to Porsche Program benefits are not transferable to other parties.
•  The Tom Williams Porsche "Welcome to Porsche" Credit cannot be redeemed as cash, split or combined.
•  Limit one Tom Williams Porsche "Welcome to Porsche" Credit offer per Competitive Lease.
•  This offer is valid in the US only. Void where prohibited.
